The Alma Branch

Alma Olzon was born on September 2, 1893, in Fairbury, Nebraska. Alma was my grandmother. Alma married George Holtgrewe on July 1, 1912, in Fairbury, Nebraska. By the time I came along, she and Grandpa George lived in Daykin, Nebraska where Grandpa owned a grocery store.

Alma died on June 13, 1964. George died on March 11, 1966. They are both buried in Lincoln, Nebraska.

I learned how to crochet from my grandmother, and I have many memories of playing the snake game. Do any of you recall the snake game?
